Cheerleading Programs:

CHEER 101 (7 & up):  Learn the basics of cheerleading.  Emphasis is on correct motion, jump prep and body position.  Learn spotting techniques and beginner level stunts.  Learn beginning level tumbling skills: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-off.

INTERMEDIATE CHEER (7 & up):  Cheerleaders must have prior knowledge and experience.  Stunting and tumbling will involve beginner level at a quicker pace to advance onto intermediate level stunting and tumbling.  Skills required: cartwheels, round-off, walkovers, working back handsprings).

TUMBLING: This class is focused on tumbling skills only.  You'll get an advanced degree in Back Handsprings, working on the spring floor, rod floor, Tumbl Trak and trampoline!

 

ADVANCED CHEER/TUMBLING:  Solid round-off back handspring required to register for this class.  Emphasis on proper execution of motions, jumps, and stunts.
