| Wrestling Programs: Wrestling workouts, conditioning and flexibility are life-long, life-extending habits! Start now! WRESTLING & GYM (6-10): This 8-week session will focus on the fundamentals of wrestling and use gymnastics to start the development of strength, flexibility and body awareness required to excel in wrestling. Wrestling will only emphasize the most basic elements of the sport. Participants will learn several take downs, escapes and reversals. Classes will include instruction, drills and some live wrestling.
